Many many many thank you’s to what I forgot was my favorite city!  Theresa Andersson, Amanda Shaw, Jean Knight, Meschiya, and Sean Yseult.  You have all been incredibly gracious and warm.  I must especially thank Sean Yseult (that’s Sean Yseult of White Zombie fame) for her champagne and suggestions.  And for Jean Knight, who hauled herself out of a nap (she had stayed up late playing a show at the Howlin Wolf the night before) to be photographed.

I must admit, I really wouldn’t complain if I had to live here.  Except during August.  Or a hurricane evacuation.  Maybe.  New Orleans has the same freaky vibe as San Francisco, except more decay and less tech wealth.  Which is kind of a nice change.
